Doctometer is the app that lets you find and evaluate doctors using government data. The app tells you how much work the doctor does, what types of procedures he/she performs and how much money the doctor was paid by the government through Medicare.
Choosing a doctor is a very important personal decision, and the more information you have to make that choice the better.
The billing information is directly from the US government, and helps you make that decision by rating doctors based on their productivity and experience.
The app gives you quick and easy to use information that you can act on. You can search for doctors by specialties or specific locations including their state or city of practice.
You can see rankings of doctors based on the amount of procedures they do, which procedures they performed, the amount of patients they see, and how much they are paid by Medicare.
Rankings show how each doctor compares to others in their area and specialty. Doctors are rated as top 10%, busier than average, average, less busy, or bottom 10%.
You can sort doctors by total procedures, total patients, or amount of any specific procedure performed.
You can view and make ratings about doctors and read and write comments about them too and you can call the doctor directly from app.
